Sat-Night at Mang Kabayan

Tonight I feel soooo fully satisfied at all, and I think so does my friends. Why? Because we just spent our extremly-great-saturday night. This afternoon, Fahda just invited us to hang out  and have a dinner together. Due to her graduation and her birthday, she wanted to stand treat us somewhere cozy. Actually, we previously planned to have a dinner at Pizza Hut, but in our journey we changed our destination because of WE ARE TRULLY  INDONESIAN!!! *What? How come??? What is the connection?* Oke, let me explain. Why I said we are trully INDONESIAN? Because we will not satisfied if we don't eat RICE! Yeaaah, at Pizza Hut we cannot find rice and also SAMBAL! So we - Fahda Fahdilla, Fitriani Sugandi, Bayong, Iif Nurul Fazri, and me- changed our destination to Mang Kabayan Resto. What a pity, Bening Septian Dwi Padmanta at that time was in Meruya so he could not join us.

Mang Kabayan Restaurant is a Sundanesse restaurant, located in Serpong highway exactly located between Serpong Plaza and Gading Serpong.  Our first impression was : Oh so Traditional... So when we entered the building, we asked for a saung, but there is no saung. Well, then we choosed Lesehan table, where could give us a warm atmosphere. The interior mostly made from bamboo, the backsound was also like a Sundanesse music that we usually heard in Wedding Party.  Just like we feel in Bumi Parahyangan.

We also served by a very friendly waitress. Even though we were so fussy, but he patiently and cheerfully answered our questions and comments about the menu. Me, Fahda, and Fitri ordered Gurame Kukus Sambal Hijau, Tumis Pucuk Labu Balacan, and Teh Poci Gula Batu, while Iif and Bayong ordered Nasi Timbel Komplit and Es Cendol. We just did not wait so long, because about 5 minutes, our ordered menus has come to our table. Yippiii.... Straightly I FELL IN LOVE with that Resto.

Unfortunately, I didn't captured the dish of foods and drinks :(

Be careful with the food that offered by this Resto, especially for the spicy food. Because its TRULLY SPICY! You will feel a pungency, like we did. The Tumis Pucuk Labu was SOOOO HOT! So does the Steamed Gurami.  Simply, I recommend Mang Kabayan Restaurant as your destination for dinner or lunch. (Kalo kata Pak Bondan mah: TOP MARKOTOP).
